The department has an agreement with VFS Global to provide Australian visa lodgement services in Indonesia through an Australian Visa Application Centre (AVAC).
You can lodge your application in person or by post or courier at one of the AVACs in Jakarta or Bali. The AVAC charges a fee with each application lodged.

To lodge in person at the Australian Embassy, you must make an appointment by calling the enquiry line. However, you can lodge your application at the AVAC during their business hours without an appointment.

If you are sponsored by an Australian employer, you must lodge your visa application at the same office in Australia where your employer lodged papers to support your application. Please ask your employer at which office they lodged these papers.
